Give your next practice a purpose

A drill helps one skill.
A plan gives it a place.

You know you should practice. The harder part is deciding what to do, how much to do, and what comes next. That work is already organized for you.

01 / OPEN

Start with your next session.

Choose the plan that fits your game. Open Practice 1 and follow the instructions from your phone, tablet, or computer.

02 / PRACTICE

Train more than your swing.

Work through full-swing, chipping, and putting drills with clear targets and tasks. Follow the session instead of filling another bucket without a goal.

03 / MEASURE

Know what needs more work.

Use the plan’s assessments to check your progress. Give your weakest skills extra attention before moving into harder practice.

“follow a plan” means.

These are three drills from Practice 1 in the Intermediate Plan. Each gives you a specific setup and something to focus on.

Don’t have two hours today? The plan tells you to split a practice across days. Complete what you can, then pick up where you left off.
A checkpoint every 10 practices. The Intermediate Plan has five phases. Test your skills after each phase, work on your weakest area, and retest before progressing.
Full swing · 25–30 ballsTowel Contact Drill

Place a towel 3-4 inches behind the golf ball. Hit shots without touching the towel, focusing on striking the ball first and the ground second. Move the towel slightly closer as your contact improves.

Chipping · 10 chip shotsLanding Spot Towel Drill

Place a small towel 3–5 yards onto the green as your landing zone. Hit 10 chip shots and focus on landing the ball on the towel rather than aiming directly at the hole. Change clubs and learn how different trajectories affect rollout.

Putting · 10 minutes20 Foot Speed Control Drill

Putt from 20 feet to a hole and focus primarily on distance control. Hit sets of 5–10 putts with the goal of finishing every ball within a 3-foot circle around the hole. Prioritize eliminating three-putts over trying to make every putt.

Your coach behind the plan

Hi, I’m Nick Foy.

I’m a scratch golfer and golf coach. I created these plans to give you a clear answer to a simple question: “What should I work on when I practice?”

Instead of putting the whole session together yourself, follow a structured plan, check your progress, and keep working on the parts of your game that need it.

What do I receive, and how do I access it?

You receive a PDF practice plan with 50 structured sessions for the level you choose. The $49 bundle includes all three plans and the listed bonuses. Digital access is available after checkout so you can open your plan on your phone, tablet, or computer. Nothing is shipped.

What if I’m not sure which level fits?

Choose Beginner if you need fundamental skills and a practice structure. Choose Intermediate if you play regularly and want better contact, distance control, and short-game consistency. Choose Advanced if your game is established and you want more precision and pressure practice. The bundle includes every level, so you can start where you need the most work.

Do I have to practice for two hours at once?

No. Full practices are designed around roughly two hours, but you can split a session across days. The Intermediate Plan specifically tells you to do what you can today and finish the session another day. Work through the practices at your own pace.

Where can I use the plans?

The plans cover driving-range, chipping, and putting practice. Use suitable practice areas for each section. You can do individual drills at home when you have the right space and setup. Some drills use simple aids such as a towel or alignment stick; equipment needs vary by drill.

Is this private coaching or a video course?

This offer is for structured digital practice plans. It does not include private swing analysis or promise a video for every drill. Choose it when you want clear practice sessions to follow on your own.

Will I be charged again?

No. A single plan is a one-time $19 purchase. The bundle is a one-time $49 purchase. Both include lifetime digital access to what you buy. There is no subscription.

Are skill tests only available in the bundle?

No. Skills assessments are part of the practice plans. The Intermediate Plan includes a test after each phase of 10 practices. The bundle gives you all three levels plus the listed planning and tracking bonuses.
